Nope, I've busted my butt with blood, sweat and tears at many jobs just to get treated like crap. But if you buddy-buddy with the boss, you can get away with ANYTHING: show up late, put in 1/2 the effort and you win at life. In the real world your hard work doesn't mean sh-t.
