Set up text replacements for your full name and email addresses on your phone and computer. Examples: 'fms' → 'First Middle Surname', 'wemail' → 'work@email.com'. On a Mac go to Settings → Keyboard → Text. On iPhone go to Settings → General → Keyboards → Text Replacement.
