Pay attention to how long it takes for caffine to kick in for the post lunch slump. For me, it's around 11am to prevent me falling asleep at 2 - 3pm.

Relying on caffeine to prevent sleep is a terrible advice. If you have lunch slump, you're probably eating too much, or the wrong food.
