Glass of water before sleep (you will sleep better hydrated) Wake at the same time every morning Go for a walk for at least 20 minutes in the morning (Cortisol release) Postpone caffeine at least 1hr after waking up Plan your day, and do the hardest task first

Agree expect for the glass of water. It tends to make me wake up to go to the toilet. I'd rather wake with dry mouth than disturbing my sleep
