Eat breakfast every day. Exercise in the morning. Take time to free-write. Plan the day ahead of time. Take regular breaks. Set a single goal for the day. Don't be afraid to say 'No.' Wake up early. Schedule some self-care. Create deadlines. Work in short bursts.

If you have a big task divided in smaller tasks, do the first small task the sooner you can. That will help A LOT in getting the rest of the small tasks done.
